About Us
Mission Statement
New Vision Youth & Community Services empowers youth and families by expanding access to resources, supportive services, and transformative opportunities. We strengthen communities through leadership development, strategic partnerships, and programs that promote stability, growth, and long-term resilience. Our mission is to equip people with the tools, confidence, and connections they need to build stronger futures for themselves and the communities they call home.
Vision Statement
A thriving connected community where youth are empowered, families are supported, and every individual has the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed. We envision a future where generational strength is restored, access is equitable, and communities across Baldwin County, and Georgia rise with purpose, unity, and hope.
Our Story
New Vision Youth & Community Services was born from a deep commitment to uplift, empower, and restore the communities of Baldwin County. Founded by Lisha Bly, a community-building strategist and advocate for youth and families, New Vision began as a response to the gaps faced by children and parents seeking support, guidance, and opportunity.
What started as small acts of service quickly grew into a movement — one rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves a safe place to grow and every family deserves access to resources that help them thrive.
Over the years, New Vision has expanded into a trusted community anchor, offering free programs, summer camps, family support services, and collaborative initiatives that bring partners, schools, and neighborhoods together. Our work is grounded in the belief that transformation happens when people are seen, supported, and given the tools to build a better tomorrow.
Today, New Vision continues to stand as a beacon of hope and possibility for Baldwin County — empowering youth, strengthening families, and igniting generational impact across the communities we proudly serve.
